The Red Strawberry!

Refresh your summer evenings with the red Strawberry

To make it, here are the ingredients:

1 Serving

2 cl of pineapple and lime juice
3 crushed strawberries
4 cl of sparkling water
2 cl of cane sugar
1 cl of balsamic vinegar
1 strawberry
1 sprig of basil

Reserve a few pieces of strawberries and basil leaves.
In a shaker 2/3 filled with ice cubes, pour all the ingredients. Shake for a few moments, then pour your shake mixture into “Martini” type glasses.
Add the strawberries and basil to finish your cocktail.

Good to know: no shaker? Use an old jam jar to mix your cocktail.
