Our Sothys Gift Cards

Sothys offers three gift cards:

• The Sothys Products gift card, which can only be used on our online shop to buy face, body and make-up products.
• The Sothys Partner Salons & Spas gift card, which can be used for treatments in participating establishments, including the Institut Sothys Paris.
• The Institut Sothys Paris gift card, which can only be used in our Salon at 128 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, Paris, for face, body, and face & body treatments.

Sothys gift cards are sent electronically, by email, after your order is confirmed. No postal delivery is needed.

No, Sothys gift cards cannot be personalised. You can, however, choose the type of gift card and the amount you wish to give.

The Sothys Products gift card can only be used on our official online shop to buy Sothys products. It cannot be used in partner salons and spas or at the Institut Sothys Paris.

Yes, the Sothys Products gift card can be used in several instalments, until its available balance is used up. If your order amount is less than your gift card's, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase on our online shop.

Select the products of your choice and add them to your basket. When confirming your order, enter your gift card code in the field provided. The available amount will be deducted from your order total.

When buying, you choose the type of treatment gift card: a treatment at our partners or in our Institut Sothys in Paris. Then choose the amount you wish to give. The recipient then selects the establishment where they wish to use their gift card, according to its terms of use, and chooses the service that suits them directly with the establishment.

Treatments gift cards correspond to an amount and not to a service defined in advance. They can only be used once.

No, Sothys Treatments gift cards are not linked to a predefined treatment. They let the recipient choose their service from the treatments offered by the selected establishment, according to the amount given and the type of card.

No, unlike the Sothys Products gift card, Treatments gift cards can only be used once, during a single visit to the chosen establishment.

This gift card can be used in Sothys partner salons and spas taking part in the programme, as well as at the Institut Sothys Paris.

To find an establishment that accepts this gift card, go to our "Find a salon or spa" section and use the "Face gift card" and/or "Face and body gift card" filter to display the participating establishments near you.

Yes, the Institut Sothys Paris also accepts the Sothys Partner Salons & Spas gift card. The recipient can therefore choose their service from the treatments offered by our Paris salon.

Please note: prices at the Institut Sothys Paris are higher than those generally charged in partner salons, with treatments starting from €120. We invite you to consult our treatment menu to choose a gift card amount suited to the experience you wish to offer.

The Sothys Partner Salons & Spas gift card can be used in participating establishments, including the Institut Sothys Paris.

The Institut Sothys Paris gift card is exclusively reserved for the services offered in our Salon at 128 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, Paris.

In both cases, the recipient chooses their service directly with the establishment and uses their gift card in a single instalment.

To use your Treatments gift card, contact the salon or spa where you wish to have your treatment directly. The establishment can present the available treatments and help you choose and book.

All Sothys gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase, whether it is the Sothys Products gift card, the Partner Salons & Spas gift card or the Institut Sothys Paris gift card.

You can buy your gift card directly on our website or from a Sothys partner Salon or Spa at their point of sale.

Treatments gift cards can also be bought directly from Sothys partner Salons and Spas. In this case, the eligible services and the terms of use and validity are defined directly by the establishment concerned.

Balance tracking is only available for Products gift cards. If you bought your gift card on www.sothys.fr, you can check its remaining balance at any time in your customer account, in the section dedicated to your orders.

Treatments and Institut Sothys gift cards do not have balance tracking, as they are valid for a defined service. To give a gift card online, visit the Gift section.

It depends on the type of gift card:

• Products gift card: Yes. You can use your gift card in several instalments until its balance is used up, within its period of validity.
• Treatments gift card and Institut Sothys gift card: No. These cards are valid for a defined service and cannot be used in several instalments. To give a gift card online, visit the Gift section.

If you have not received your gift card by email, we first invite you to check your Junk mail (spam) folder.

If you still cannot find it, you can contact our Customer Service, specifying if possible your order number and email address. Our team can check your order and help you resend your gift card if necessary.

Yes. Gift vouchers are not personalised. You can therefore give or pass them on to the person of your choice throughout their validity period.

The validity period depends on the type of gift card:

Sothys Products gift card: valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used to buy Sothys products, according to the conditions attached to the card.

Sothys Treatments gift card: valid for 12 months from the date of purchase to enjoy a treatment or service in the salon concerned, according to the conditions attached to the card.

The expiry date of your gift card is specified in the email received when it was sent.

You can then contact the establishment of your choice directly to find out about the gift vouchers offered, the treatments available and their terms of use.

You can also give a Sothys Treatments gift card bought on sothys.fr. The recipient can use it at a participating Sothys partner Salon or Spa, according to the services offered and the applicable conditions.

The Salons and Spas selling Sothys products and treatments are independent establishments and there is no legal link between these establishments and Sothys. Therefore, when a gift voucher has been bought and paid for directly at a partner Salon or Spa, Sothys cannot refund or compensate it if the establishment closes.

We are nevertheless attentive to this situation and wish to support you in your steps. We invite you to contact our Customer Service, sending us a copy of your gift voucher and the contact details of the establishment concerned.

Our teams will study your request in order to find, as far as possible, a solution to this inconvenience and will get back to you as soon as they have the necessary information.
