Applicable Law: These conditions are governed by French law. The French courts have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating directly or indirectly to access to the Site or its use.

II / Site access & liability
Site access
These conditions of access to the Site and its use are deemed accepted without reservation by any visitor who accesses the Site after they have been posted online. These conditions may be modified at any time. Such modifications are published by being posted online and are deemed accepted under the same conditions as those mentioned above. The Site is accessible free of charge and freely by all persons with an internet connection. Telecommunication costs remain your responsibility. Access to certain features of the Site may, however, be limited. Thus, the creation of a customer account is reserved for adults.
